AUTO PUBLISHING · TO INSTAGRAM FROM YOUR DASHBOARD
Soon · early accessPosts go out with your approval, or, if you turned it on, at your own AI assistant's request, right away. Upload an image, carousel, reels or story to the dashboard, write the caption, see the full text and approve. Uploading to Instagram, waiting for the video to process and tracking the status are automatic. If you like, pick a date and time to schedule it for later; at that time it goes out under the same sending rules.
Example scene: the dashboard holds a draft with an uploaded image and a written caption. The draft is processed; once it's ready, the "I've checked the caption" box is ticked and "Approve and publish" is pressed. The post lands in the top-left of the Instagram profile grid, older posts shift over by one square, and the dashboard status changes to "Published".
How it works · 4 steps
You prepare the content and the caption; VoltraChat sends it to Instagram. There's always a draft in between: a post goes out with your approval, or, if you turned it on, at your own AI assistant's request.
A single image (JPEG), a carousel of 2 to 10 slides, reels or a story. For reels, you upload a cover image or pick a frame from the video.
The draft stays in your dashboard only; nobody on Instagram sees it. The AI-generated label comes switched on: labeling AI-made content is VoltraChat's rule. Switch it off for photos you took yourself.
Before publishing, the whole caption is shown. You tick the box and press “Approve and publish”. After publishing, the caption can't be edited or deleted from here; that's why this step is never skipped when you publish from the dashboard. If you turned on publishing without approval for your AI assistant, posts it requests skip this approval.
VoltraChat publishes the post and shows its link in the dashboard. If the video is still processing, you don't wait: it publishes by itself once it's ready.
What you can post
Images, carousels, reels and stories all go through the same steps: upload, draft, approve, publish. The examples aren't tied to any industry; picture your own content.
A single image or a carousel of 2-10 slides; it goes out from the dashboard together with its caption.
Upload a cover image or pick a frame from the video; with “also show in feed” on, the reel appears in your profile feed too.
Stories are prepared the same way: upload, check, approve.
Settings
These are the choices on the posting screen. Pace and sending rules aren't settings: they're on for every account, explained below.
Image (JPEG), carousel (2-10 slides), reels or story.
Upload a cover image or pick a frame from the video; turn on “also show in feed” so it lands in your profile feed too.
Instagram's AI-generated label comes switched on, because labeling AI content is our rule. Switch it off for content you made yourself.
Drafts aren't visible on Instagram. Changed your mind? Cancel the draft.
“Approve and publish” doesn't work until you've seen the full caption and ticked the box.
You see the draft's status in the dashboard; after publishing, the post's link appears.
Trust
Open to test accounts first; the public launch comes after Meta's review. That's why we don't promise a date.
Posting pace · one dayexample
At most 50 posts in 24 hours, posts and stories counted together; at least 1 minute between two posts of the same kind. Instagram's own counter is checked before every post. Even if two requests of the same kind arrive at the same moment, only one goes through.
If the account's sending is paused, nothing is published; it continues when the time is up. Preparing drafts is still fine.
If Instagram asks to wait before publishing, that account's posting waits for 72 hours.
A post is never retried automatically. If the result is unclear, the status on Instagram is checked first.
Your uploaded file sits at an unguessable address and is deleted within 24 hours at the latest. The upload link is valid for 15 minutes and works once.

Yes. You pick the date and time (Turkey time) and approve the schedule; at least 10 minutes and at most 30 days ahead. The post goes out at the scheduled time. If the posting pace is full at that moment, the post isn't skipped: it goes out as soon as the limit allows; if the account's sending is paused, it isn't published and the dashboard shows why. Until then you can change the time or cancel it. If your AI assistant scheduled it and you haven't turned on publishing without approval, it needs your approval before the scheduled time.
Not from VoltraChat: after publishing, the caption can't be edited and the post can't be deleted from here. That's why we show the full text before you approve. If needed, you manage the post from the Instagram app.
Up to Instagram's official limit: at most 50 posts in 24 hours, posts and stories counted together; at least 1 minute between two posts of the same kind. Instagram's own counter is also checked right before each post; if it is full, the post is not attempted.
