YOU'RE IN CONTROL · INSTAGRAM AUTO DM

Live

Automatic DMs at a natural pace, with you in control.

VoltraChat works with Meta's official Instagram API, within the limits Meta sets, and sends automatic DMs to comments and story replies at a natural pace: from day one it stays below Instagram's official limit, it doesn't send the same person message after message, it slows down when Instagram says “slow down”, and it checks texts against Instagram's rules when you save. You see who got what in your dashboard and can pause anytime.

What does it mean for you?

From day one, on every plan, there's no daily limit: up to 675 automatic DMs an hour go out to comments, below Instagram's limit of 750 private replies an hour. Once the hourly limit is reached, new DMs are skipped and you see the reason in the dashboard. A link the person asked for by tapping the button and conversations that start in DMs don't count toward this limit.

How it works · 4 checks

Every DM passes four checks.

You set up the automation; before each message VoltraChat checks in order. If any of them says “stop”, the message doesn't go out or it waits. The dashboard shows why it didn't go.

  1. when saving

    Text checked against the rules.

“Free premium”, “guaranteed income” or saying “I've sent it” before the DM has gone out don't follow Instagram's rules; the system tells you before saving. Patterns like giveaways or “click now” get an info note, and the decision is yours. Try it here: change the text, the check runs as you type.

    106 / 1000
    • “free premium” A free membership offer doesn't follow Instagram's rules.
    • “guaranteed income” Promising guaranteed earnings doesn't follow Instagram's rules.
    • “I've sent the details to your DM” Saying “I've sent it” before the DM has actually gone out is misleading.
Some wording doesn't follow the rules; it won't be saved.

Wording marked with a triangle can't be saved; an info note only lets you know. Sample patterns; the full list is in the dashboard.

  2. per person

The same person doesn't get message after message.

The same person doesn't get automatic messages again and again in a short time; extra ones are skipped. If the person tapped the button and asked for the link themselves, the link isn't held back. The exact rules are in the dashboard panel here.

    example
    Dashboard · Activity · mert_kaya34
    First DM · price list
    14:02 · “price” in a comment
    Sent
    Tapped the button · link
14:03 · the person asked, not held back
    Sent
    Wrote “price” again
    14:40 · same automation once per 24 h
    Skipped
    Per-person rulesame automation · once per 24 h24 h · 3 flows7 days · 10 flows2 DMs per hour
  3. account pace

After a break, it eases back in.

When an Instagram restriction or an automatic pause ends, sending restarts at 30 DMs a day and rises to 60 and then 100 within three weeks, at most 20 an hour. Then it returns to Instagram's official limit on its own. Once the limit is reached, new DMs are skipped; they aren't stored up and sent in a burst later.

    example
    30week 1
    60week 2
    100week 3

Max DMs per dayAt most 20 per hour

  4. Instagram's answer

    It follows Instagram's pace.

If Instagram asks to wait, the message waits in line and goes out once the time Instagram gave has passed. Instagram's answer shows next to every message in your dashboard: sent, waiting, or why it didn't go out.

    example
    Dashboard · Instagram's answer
    Instagram said “wait a moment”
The message waited in line and went out when the time was up
    Delayed
This person can't receive messages right now
Instagram didn't accept it; the reason is in the log
    Not sent
    Instagram accepted it
The DM went out within seconds

Use cases

What VoltraChat does in four moments.

In none of them do you have to do anything. You see what happened in the dashboard. The scenes are examples; names and numbers are illustrative.

Moment hundreds of comments

Your post went viral.

From day one there's no daily limit; up to 675 DMs an hour go out to comments. Once the hourly limit is reached, DMs to new comments are skipped and the dashboard shows why. A message to someone who tapped the button for the link doesn't count toward this limit.

Moment day one

You just connected your account.

From day one there's no daily limit; up to 675 DMs an hour go out to comments. The home screen shows how many DMs went out in the last 24 hours and the last hour, together with the limit.

Moment delayed

Instagram said “wait a moment”.

Messages wait in line and go out once the time Instagram gave has passed. You see the waiting message and the reason in your dashboard; nothing goes out in a burst later.

Moment missed comment

Instagram didn't report a comment.

Instagram usually reports a new comment instantly; sometimes it doesn't. Every few minutes we also check new comments on posts with an active automation, and a missed comment that matches the rule gets its DM.

Settings and control

Nothing to configure; everything is in the dashboard.

It all comes ready; from day one, the sending pace is at Instagram's official limit. In the dashboard you see what went out, what's waiting and why something was skipped.

  • Official limit

The default, on every plan and the trial, from day one. No daily limit; up to 675 DMs an hour to comments, below Instagram's limit of 750 an hour. A link sent when someone taps a button and conversations that start in DMs don't count toward it.

  • Slows down when asked

If Instagram signals “slow down” or a restriction, the account sends at most 20 DMs an hour and 100 a day for 24 hours, then returns to normal on its own.

  • Today's pace

The home screen shows how many DMs went out in the last 24 hours and the last hour, together with the limit.

  • Skipped messages and why

In Activity, every skipped or waiting message shows its reason, like “2 messages went to this person in the last hour”.

  • Notifications

If sending stops or starts again, it shows at the top of your dashboard and you get a notification.

  • Pause an automation

Pause an automation anytime with one click; it sends no DMs until you turn it back on.

Trust and rules

Official route, natural pace, you're in control.

VoltraChat works with Meta's official Instagram API and sends within the limits Meta sets. Pace, text check and per-person rules come ready; you see what went out in your dashboard at any time.

Instagram's rules can change; when they do, we update our settings and tell you. All of it is on in the cheapest plan too.

  • No stale DMs

When the pace is used up, messages aren't stored up; they never go out in a burst later.

  • One message per person

The same automation runs for the same person once every 24 hours; your customer never gets the same message twice.

  • AI follows the same rules

An automation set up through Claude goes through the same text check and leaves going live to you. AI can't touch the pace setting.

  • Official route, no password

Works with Meta's official Instagram API. You connect your account on Meta's own login screen; we never ask for your password.

Does VoltraChat work within Instagram's rules?

VoltraChat works with Meta's official Instagram API; you connect your account on Meta's own login screen and your password is never asked for. DMs go out at a natural pace, and texts are checked against Instagram's rules when you save. When the rules change, we update our settings and tell you.

Who decides on Instagram account restrictions?

Instagram decides, based on its own rules. VoltraChat works with Meta's official API and within the limits Meta sets. It keeps the same person from getting message after message, and it slows sending down when Instagram says “slow down”. You decide which text goes to whom. Details are in the Terms of Service.

What if some comments on a viral post don't get a DM?

There's no daily limit; up to 675 DMs an hour go out to comments, below Instagram's limit of 750 private replies an hour. Once the hourly limit is reached, new flows are skipped and the reason shows in Activity.

Can I change these rules?

Per-person rules, the text check, the automatic pause and following Instagram's pace are always on, the same on every plan. The sending pace needs no setting either: from day one it's at Instagram's official limit.

I saw a notice about my account in the Instagram app. What should I do?

Write to us and we'll look at it together. If needed, we pause automatic sending until that date; when it's over, sending restarts at 30 DMs a day, rises to 60 and then 100 within three weeks (at most 20 an hour), then returns to Instagram's official limit.

Is there an extra charge for this?

No. It's on in every plan, from 649 TL/month. You don't need a higher plan for it. See pricing
