How fast do messages go out?
Below Instagram's official limit: from day one there's no daily limit, and up to 675 automated DMs an hour go out to comments (Instagram's limit is 750 an hour). If Instagram asks to wait a moment, messages wait in line; if it says “slow down”, the account sends at most 20 DMs an hour and 100 a day for 24 hours, then returns to normal on its own; texts are checked against Instagram's rules when you save. Does Meta allow this?
VoltraChat works with Meta's official Instagram API. We never ask for your password; you connect your account through Meta's own login screen.
Which accounts does it work with?
Instagram business or creator accounts. Personal accounts can't be connected; you can change to a business account for free in a few taps in your Instagram settings.
Is there a DM limit?
Growth and Agency (and the trial) have no monthly DM limit; Starter includes 7,000 automated DMs a month. No plan has a daily limit. The speed limit comes from Instagram's rules: up to 675 automated DMs an hour go out to comments, below Instagram's limit of 750 an hour. A link sent when someone taps a button and conversations that start in DMs don't count toward it. This rule is the same on every plan, from day one.

What happens when the free trial ends?
